About the Meditation Class 

In this three hour class you will gain insight into the basics of meditation.

And it's many benefits that are easy to apply to your daily routine.

        Meditation is the act of Reclaiming the space between you and your soul

Developing a regular Meditation practice has been proven to be effective for inner peace, clarity and stress relief, along with many other helpful advantages it offers to manage life's challenges with calm and centered-ness.

There are many ways to meditate and pause - Every one has the ability to meditate. You will gain insight into a variety of ways to get to a centered place of ease. With your breath, with sound, with Mantras, with walking meditation in nature and many more. You will be taught a powerful mantra to take home with you. Mantras are a repeated phrase that helps with affirming your intention. 

Learn how to set up an Intentional space aka an altar to have a place to offer centering and focus. 

​- Wear comfortable clothing

-Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, bolsters or blanket. For your added comfort.

Chairs will be available as well as a limited amount of yoga mats

- Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to allow for preparation of the space.
