Sound Frequency Healing with Meditation
Kim will lead the group in a guided meditation. And give an introduction into the basics of meditation.
Included in the meditation the group will Receive a sound healing with a very special, magnificent singing bowl.

Sacred Intentional Circle
We will gather in sacred circle, where we will set our Intentions. Purge what no longer serves our highest good. Each person will receive an energy healing and sage smudging.
