About the Healing Circles
In this Intentional circle you will be met with like minded Individuals in a tranquil, welcoming environment where you are held, heard, uplifted and supported.
Kim will offer a sage cleansing to each guest, Sage is known for its cleansing properties and promotes relaxation, uplifting spaces and individual mindfulness.
- Reiki Energy Healing, can be given in person or distantly, provides a gentle, positive Energy environment, where the chakras align and create a mind, body, and spirit balance. Activating the body's natural healing response and offers an overall feeling of well being.
- Yoga mats, bolsters and chairs will be provided. you can choose either or and whatever way you feel most comfortable. feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to allow for preparation of the space.
